Why veneers?

How They’re Crafted

First, we take high-resolution photos and a digital scan that we send to a single highly experienced lab. Our images are full-face, not just images of the mouth area, to create veneers that compliment your unique features. You’ll even get a Smile Preview so that you can provide feedback for our dentists before they’re created.

Every veneer is individually crafted and hand-painted by professionals to look natural. Nothing about this process is cookie-cutter and every veneer is created uniquely to fit your smile.

Veneers last 10 years if they are properly cared for, but can be worn upwards of 20 to 30 without issue.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do veneers cost?

Veneers cost up to $1,750 per tooth and can be paid for upfront or through monthly financing. Smile Culture Dental financing starts at $178 per month for porcelain veneers.

Does it hurt to get veneers?

It does not hurt to receive veneer treatment. In fact, the whole process can be done with little to no anesthesia unless there is a lot of decay.

How long do veneers last?

Successful veneers last 10 years but can be worn upwards of 20 to 30 years. Veneers may lose their shine and deep characteristics at the 10-year mark, but this does not deter patients from continuing to wear them for another 20 years. It is important to note, veneers will last longer if they are taken care of properly with the recommended dental hygiene and minimal teeth grinding.

Will I have to get veneers again at some point?

While it is not the norm, some patients do choose to replace their veneers over 10 years after initial placement.  This is due to a patient wanting a refresh of the look.  As with natural teeth, veneers also do lose some shine and some of the natural characteristics due to use over many years.

How do I take care of my veneers?

You can properly take care of your veneers by following regular dental hygiene recommendations. These include brushing your teeth at least twice a day, flossing, and wearing a nightguard if you’re prone to grinding your teeth at night.

What can I expect post-treatment?

Patients can occasionally experience soreness around the gums for one day after veneers are placed. We recommend taking it easy for the first week while you get more used to your new bite.

Can veneers be damaged?

Veneers can chip if the grinding of teeth is bad, particularly at night which can be combatted by regularly wearing a night guard.  Irregular trauma to an area can also cause damage just like with natural teeth. It is extremely unlikely with our special bonding techniques for a patients veneers to ever fall off.  To date, we have never had a patients veneers from our exclusive veneer lab debond.
